Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2026 Last Updated: September 21, 2026

Venari is a product operated by The Viral Marketer, LLC (“The Viral Marketer,” “Venari,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, start a trial or subscription, use Venari, use our browser extension, configure Saved Searches or Monitoring, use Value My Stuff, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

Our privacy principle is:

Collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, improve, protect, and lawfully market Venari.

1. Who We Are

The Viral Marketer, LLC 1321 Upland Dr, Unit 1713 Houston, Texas 77043 United States

Privacy Officer: Jalal Ibrahimi Privacy: privacy@theviralmarketer.com Support: support@theviralmarketer.com

Venari is the product name. It is not presently a registered DBA of The Viral Marketer, LLC.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to our public website, account creation/authentication, Venari web applications, browser-extension functionality, Marketplace analysis, Saved Searches and Monitoring, Value My Stuff, Inventory and resale-outcome tracking, customer communications, privacy requests, optional analytics/advertising activity, and other Venari services that reference this Policy.

It does not replace the independent privacy policies of third-party marketplaces or services that you separately use.

Venari is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Facebook, Meta, eBay, Kijiji, or another marketplace unless we expressly say otherwise.

3. Where Venari Is Offered

Initial account, trial, and paid enrollment is offered to customers in:

  • the United States; and
  • Canada, excluding Quebec.

Our public website may be viewable from other jurisdictions.

Viewing the website from another jurisdiction does not mean that Venari is offered for account enrollment or paid use there.

We may restrict signup, trial activation, or payment where a customer is outside our supported launch territory.

We may expand to additional jurisdictions after reviewing the applicable legal and operational requirements.

4. Age Requirement

Venari is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly offer Venari accounts to children.

You must also independently satisfy the eligibility requirements of any third-party marketplace you choose to use.

5. Sources of Personal Information

We may receive personal information from several sources.

Directly from you

For example: email address, account information, Saved Search preferences, product descriptions, Value My Stuff submissions, Inventory information, resale outcomes, customer-service communications, privacy requests, consent choices, and information you intentionally submit for analysis.

From your interaction with Venari

For example: session information, account activity, usage events, analysis history, opportunity dispositions, browser-extension pairing information, consent records, security events, and other operational metadata.

From marketplace or source evidence you present

For example: listing titles, asking prices, URLs/listing IDs, visible listing descriptions, general listing location, visible product images/image-derived evidence, and other marketplace evidence you explicitly present for analysis.

From marketplace-data or Monitoring providers

When you configure Monitoring, an approved source provider may provide marketplace observations such as listing identifiers, titles, asking prices, general location, timestamps/status, listing URLs, and other bounded observation fields.

From service providers

For example: subscription/payment state from Stripe, email-delivery state from Brevo, AI-processing outputs from approved AI providers, and infrastructure/security information from hosting providers.

From analytics or advertising partners

Where the applicable consent or legal basis exists, we may receive campaign attribution, public-site interaction, signup/conversion, advertising identifier, audience-matching, and similar marketing information.

6. Account and Authentication Information

When you create or use an account, we may process:

  • email address;
  • account/user identifiers;
  • password hashes;
  • email-verification status;
  • password-reset information;
  • account status;
  • session information;
  • timestamps;
  • security events; and
  • related authentication metadata.

We do not ask for a residential address as part of the ordinary Venari customer profile.

Payment/tax providers may separately collect billing or location information required to perform their services.

7. Subscription and Billing Information

If you start a trial or paid subscription, we process information required to manage your plan, trial status, entitlements, subscription status, usage, billing events, and payment-provider relationship.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

We may receive payment-provider customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan information, billing status, transaction status, webhook/billing events, tax-related status, and limited payment metadata.

The Venari application does not need to store your complete payment-card number.

8. Marketplace Analysis Information

When you explicitly ask Venari to analyze a marketplace listing or visible search results, we may process:

  • listing title;
  • asking price;
  • listing URL or marketplace ID;
  • general visible location;
  • seller-provided visible text;
  • timestamps/freshness information;
  • listing status;
  • visible product images or image-derived evidence;
  • information you provide about the listing;
  • your acquisition budget or other inputs; and
  • Venari analysis results.

The browser-assisted Facebook workflow does not require us to collect your Facebook password or authentication credentials.

For authenticated browser-assisted Marketplace use:

you navigate Facebook and explicitly present the Marketplace evidence you want Venari to analyze.

9. Browser Extension Information

Depending on the released extension version and the action you choose, our browser extension may process limited information from a marketplace page that you explicitly present.

This may include visible listing data, Venari account/pairing information, capture identifiers, analysis state, and evidence required for the requested action.

The current browser-assisted design does not require collection or long-term retention of Facebook passwords, Facebook authentication cookies, seller private messages, complete browsing history, raw Marketplace HTML, or raw listing images merely for permanent storage.

The exact publicly released extension permissions/data practices will be disclosed in the extension-store listing and must remain consistent with this Policy.

10. Saved Searches and Monitoring

When you create a Saved Search or enable Monitoring, we may process search terms, selected city/market/region/radius/location criteria, price/seller-ask constraints, other preferences, Saved Search status, marketplace/source observations, source/listing identifiers, titles, asks, general location, freshness/timestamps, match/deduplication state, identity/valuation results, acquisition economics, opportunity classification, notification state, and actions such as Saved, Contacted, Dismissed, Passed, Bought, or Lost.

Monitoring is separate from the browser-assisted Facebook workflow.

Monitoring may use an approved external source provider to observe public or otherwise contractually supplied marketplace listings based on your Saved Search.

Monitoring does not require Venari to take control of your authenticated Facebook account, password, or session.

11. Value My Stuff

Value My Stuff may process natural-language descriptions, product photographs, condition information, accessories/missing components, product/model claims, and other information relevant to the requested analysis.

Under the current architecture, raw Value My Stuff photographs are processed for the requested analysis but are not retained by Venari as permanent photo files.

We may retain limited provenance such as cryptographic digest, dimensions, analysis identifiers, and resulting product/valuation information.

A photograph may be transmitted to an approved AI provider when necessary to perform the analysis.

12. AI-Assisted Processing

Some Venari features use artificial intelligence.

AI may assist with product identification, configuration recognition, condition observations, evidence interpretation, market research, comparable classification, risk identification, explanations, inspection guidance, and listing-copy generation.

AI systems can make mistakes.

Venari outputs are decision support, not guarantees of product identity, condition, authenticity, seller honesty, resale price, profit, or transaction outcome.

Where Venari designates financial calculations as deterministic application outputs, those calculations are produced by application logic rather than solely by free-form generative AI.

We do not intentionally use your private Venari account content or Value My Stuff photographs to train a foundation model ourselves.

External AI providers may process information on our behalf according to the production service configuration and agreement.

We will not make a specific public claim about provider-side retention or Zero Data Retention unless our actual production configuration supports that claim.

13. Inventory and Resale Outcomes

If you use Inventory or record a purchase or sale, we may process product identity, condition, source, acquisition price/date, costs, listing price, selling channel, sale price/date, fees/expenses, hold time, realized profit, and realized return information.

We use this information to operate your Inventory, calculate outcomes, improve valuation quality, calibrate market intelligence, and improve Venari.

14. Market Intelligence and De-Identified Information

While transaction information remains linked to your identifiable account, it is treated as account-related information.

If your identifiable data is deleted, we may retain market facts such as canonical product, general market, acquisition price, sale price, costs, selling channel, hold time, or forecast error only where the information has been irreversibly de-identified or aggregated so it cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your account.

Merely replacing your account ID with another persistent identifier is not sufficient if we can readily reconnect the record to you.

We do not intentionally attempt to reidentify information that we classify and retain as de-identified.

15. Communications and Support

If you contact us, we may process your email, subject, message content, account information you provide, our responses, and related timestamps/operational records.

Do not send passwords, marketplace credentials, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in Support messages.

16. Privacy Requests

If you submit a privacy request, we may process information reasonably necessary to identify you, verify the request, determine applicable rights, locate relevant records, take appropriate action, communicate with you, and maintain evidence of our handling.

More information is available on our Privacy Requests & Data Deletion page.

17. Public-Site Analytics and Advertising

We intend to use optional analytics/advertising technologies in our public customer-acquisition funnel.

Potential services may include Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and similar services.

Depending on your privacy choices and the technology involved, these services may process browser/device information, IP address, campaign/referral information, public-page interactions, signup events, trial activation, subscription conversion, and advertising identifiers.

Where you separately consent to Advertising & Audience Measurement, we may also use a normalized or hashed version of information such as your email address for conversion matching, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, audience suppression, or similar functions.

Hashing an email address does not make it anonymous.

18. Advertising Isolation

Advertising tracking is intended to stop at the customer-acquisition boundary.

Advertising pixels, audience tracking, and advertising event collection are not intended to operate inside private product areas such as Acquisition Inbox, Saved Searches, Monitoring results, Marketplace analysis results, Deep Analysis, Value My Stuff results, Inventory, resale economics, private Support, or Privacy Request content.

We do not intend to transmit Saved Search terms, specific products being sourced, Buy Under values, acquisition prices, sale prices, profit, Inventory, VMS photographs, or seller information as ordinary advertising event parameters.

We prohibit placing email addresses or other personal information in advertising or analytics page URLs/query strings.

19. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • create and secure accounts;
  • authenticate users;
  • manage trials/subscriptions;
  • provide Venari;
  • analyze listings you present;
  • operate Saved Searches/Monitoring;
  • identify products;
  • provide market evidence;
  • calculate valuation/acquisition economics;
  • provide Value My Stuff;
  • maintain Inventory;
  • calculate outcomes;
  • send requested service communications;
  • provide Support;
  • process privacy requests;
  • prevent fraud/abuse;
  • protect/troubleshoot the service;
  • maintain audit/provenance records;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • improve Venari using appropriate customer information or de-identified/aggregate information;
  • measure public marketing performance where permitted;
  • send promotional communications where you opted in; and
  • create advertising audiences where you separately consent or where otherwise lawfully permitted.

Private identifiable User Content is not licensed or used for unrelated model training merely because it was submitted to Venari.

20. How We Disclose Personal Information

Service providers

We may disclose information to providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI processing, marketplace/source-data processing, security/infrastructure, and other necessary services.

We aim to provide each provider only the information reasonably necessary for its function.

Advertising and measurement providers

Where applicable consent or legal authority exists, we may provide limited information to providers such as Meta or Google.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud/abuse, protect rights/safety/property, respond to a security incident, or establish/exercise/defend legal claims.

Business transactions

Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary in connection with merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and safeguards.

21. Service Providers and Processing Locations

We maintain a Subprocessors & Third-Party Services page describing material production providers.

For providers processing personal information outside Canada, that page will identify, as applicable, provider, service/purpose, role, relevant personal-information categories, processing country/countries, and relevant privacy/DPA documentation.

That provider/location table forms part of our privacy practices and should be read with this Privacy Policy.

Internal publication requirement: this section and the linked provider/location table must be populated with verified production-provider countries before Canadian production launch.

Questions about processing outside Canada may be directed to:

Jalal Ibrahimi, Privacy Officer privacy@theviralmarketer.com

22. International and Cross-Border Processing

The Viral Marketer, LLC is located in the United States.

Information from Canadian customers may be processed in the United States and, depending on the verified production provider, another jurisdiction identified in our provider register.

Information processed outside your province/country may be subject to the laws and lawful-access procedures of that jurisdiction.

We use contractual, technical, organizational, and other measures appropriate to the processing and applicable law.

23. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell customer personal information for money.

Some privacy laws use terms such as “sell,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than an ordinary cash sale.

Using information with advertising platforms for audience creation or cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as sharing/targeted-advertising processing under applicable law.

Where required, we provide consent and/or opt-out mechanisms.

Declining optional advertising-data use does not prevent you from using the core Venari service.

24. Your Analytics and Advertising Choices

Our launch consent model separates Strictly Necessary, Analytics, and Advertising & Audience Measurement.

Optional Analytics and Advertising & Audience Measurement default to OFF until the applicable choice is granted.

Advertising consent controls browser-side and server-side optional advertising processing.

A declined advertising choice must not be bypassed using server-side Meta Conversions API transmission.

Where applicable, a valid Global Privacy Control or similar legally recognized signal will be honored for sale/sharing/targeted-advertising processing.

You may change your choices later.

When advertising consent is withdrawn, future optional advertising events/audience uploads stop and, where supported and reasonably available, we remove or suppress the identifier from customer-list advertising audiences created through that consent.

25. Marketing Communications

Transactional and product communications remain separate from promotional marketing.

Service messages may include verification, password reset, billing/service information, security notices, Support, privacy-request communications, and customer-enabled opportunity alerts.

Promotional email uses a separate marketing preference.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email without losing core Venari functionality.

26. Data Retention

We retain identifiable information only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing Venari, the purposes in this Policy, security, fraud prevention, legal/compliance obligations, financial records, disputes, enforcement, or legal claims.

Different categories have different retention periods under our internal retention schedule.

Examples:

  • temporary authentication information expires/is revoked;
  • raw VMS photographs are not intended to be permanently stored by Venari;
  • customer records may remain while the account is active;
  • financial records may be retained where legally required;
  • marketing/advertising preferences may be retained as minimal consent/suppression evidence;
  • backups may retain deleted information temporarily until normal expiry; and
  • properly de-identified market information may be retained after identifiable customer information is deleted.

We do not promise instantaneous deletion from every backup.

27. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

Canceling your paid subscription does not automatically delete your Venari account.

You may separately request deletion.

Our target is to complete a verified ordinary deletion request within 30 calendar days, subject to lawful exceptions and ordinary backup expiration.

Deletion may involve deletion, de-identification, account-link removal, provider follow-through, or lawful retention of a limited record.

More details are on our Privacy Requests & Data Deletion page.

28. Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and our voluntary privacy practices, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of marketing consent, withdrawal of advertising consent, targeted-advertising/sale/sharing opt-out where applicable, or another legally available right.

Submit requests to:

privacy@theviralmarketer.com

We may need to verify your identity.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.

29. Backups

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups expire under the ordinary backup lifecycle.

Backups are not ordinarily rewritten record-by-record to remove an individual record.

If a backup is restored, our recovery procedure is designed to reapply applicable deletion/suppression state before restored information becomes ordinary active customer data where technically practicable.

30. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

Our engineering approach includes authentication, access limitation, bounded data collection, input validation, provider authorization boundaries, provenance/audit records, backup/recovery controls, and testing of consequential behavior.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a security/privacy incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.

31. Third-Party Marketplaces

Venari may analyze or link to independent third-party marketplaces.

Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Venari does not control their accounts, sellers, independent data collection, listing availability, security, policy changes, or privacy practices.

32. U.S. Privacy Rights

Some U.S. states provide additional rights when statutory requirements/business thresholds apply.

Depending on law, these may include access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted-advertising opt-out, sale/sharing opt-out, or appeal.

You may submit a request even if you are unsure whether a specific threshold applies.

33. Canadian Privacy Rights

Canadian privacy law may provide rights regarding access/correction and requires organizations to remain accountable for personal information under their control.

You may contact our Privacy Officer regarding the information we hold, purposes, providers, cross-border processing, access, correction, deletion where appropriate, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint.

You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or an applicable provincial regulator.

34. Quebec

Venari does not initially offer account, trial, or paid enrollment to Quebec residents.

This does not necessarily prevent a Quebec resident from viewing the public website.

We may expand to Quebec later after completing applicable language, consumer, privacy, and operational requirements.

35. Children

Venari is not intended for anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has improperly created an account or submitted personal information, contact privacy@theviralmarketer.com.

36. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Venari changes or legal requirements evolve.

We will update the revision/effective date.

If a material change expands how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent where required.

We maintain prior policy versions.
